DAY 1 - ARRIVAL – KEFLAVIK AIRPORT – REYKJAVIK CITY TOUR.

Upon arrival, after the airport formalities we proceed to the National capital of Iceland – Reykjavik. Check in at the apartment (3 pm onwards) & we explore the capital city - Reykjavik City Tour. Sun Voyager - a dreamboat, an ode to the sun. It symbolizes the promise of undiscovered territory, a dream of hope, progress and freedom. Harpa Concert Hall - an award-winning glass building situated at the old harbor, City Hall - Houses the offices of the mayor of Reykjavík and a large 3D map of Iceland, Parliament House - a classical 19th century structure, which houses the Icelandic parliament Laugavegur Street – 1.5kms long – full of cafes, clubs and pubs. (British pub, Hard Rock Café, American club) high street of the capital city. Hallgrimskirkja Church - both a Parish Church and a National Sanctuary of Iceland. It is the largest church in Iceland. Overnight: Reykjavik

DAY 2 - REYKJAVIK – GOLDEN CIRCLE TOUR

Today after breakfast, we proceed for the Golden Circle Tour. First we visit Thingvellir National Park - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the rift valley between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates and the site of the ancient Icelandic parliament. Later we visit Geysir - home to the Litli Geysir & the Great Strokkur Geysir, which erupts about every 7- 8 minutes. Gullfoss Waterfall - one of the most impressive waterfalls in Europe that falls in two folds. Further in the evening, we proceed back to Reykjavik. Overnight in Reykjavik

DAY 3 - REYKJAVIK – HRAUNAFOSSAR - INTO THE GLACIER

After breakfast, we proceed to Husafell for ‘Into The Glacier’ Tour. We take small stop at Hraunafossar & Barnafoss, melting glacial water in a series of thousands of waterfalls flowing from the earth’s crust, making its own way. Later we proceed further to Husafell for a Full Day excursion of Glacier Cave Tour.... Up close and personal onto a glacier - the best way to experience Iceland! (@ ?time) On this tour you will drive in a Super Jeep/Monster Truck to the Langjokull Glacier from Husafell to Klaki Base Camp and visit a man-made cave inside the Glacier to see what the world beneath the Glacier looks like. The walking tour inside the Glacier is approx for an hour and the to & fro journey in SuperJeep is of 30 mins each way. Total duration of 2.5 - 3 hours from Klaki base camp where the tour begins. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Later we proceed to our accommodation in Reykjavik. Overnight in Reykjavik

DAY 4 - REYKJAVIK - SNAEFELLSNESS PENINSULA – LAVA CAVE

After breakfast we proceed from Reykjavik towards West Iceland region - Snaefellsness peninsula, One can spot local wildlife while passing through the seal colony, followed by Arnastapi village & its beautiful landscape view then moving past Hellnar village on our way to the Lava Cave. We visit the Vatnshellir Lava Cave. It contains 100’s of Lava tubes, which are around 8000 years old that reach over 200m, & goes 35m below the earth’s crust. We can see the amazing natural formations of lava and stalagmites, which showcases the journey to the center of the earth. Later we return to Reykjavik. Overnight: Reykjavik

DAY 5 - SOUTH ICELAND TOUR – 1/2 (Locations of Bollywood Song – GERUA ) REYKJAVIK - KIRKJUBAEJARKLAUSTUR

After breakfast we proceed to South Iceland, our very first location will be Seljalandsfoss where there is a 30min-walking trail behind the waterfall (carry rainy wear if you don’t want to get wet) Later we will be proceeding to our next stop at the 2nd amazing waterfall emerging from the Skogar river. Skogafoss – where on a bright sunny day at least 3 rainbows are visible at a time. There is a hiking trail of around 100 steps to reach on top of the hill. Check in at our Hotel near Vik Town. Later in the evening we visit Reynisfjara BLACK SAND BEACH with its enormous basalt rock columns, roaring Atlantic waves and stunning panoramas (one of a kind in the world) it is always extremely windy at the beach. “Swimming is strictly prohibited” Overnight at Kirkjubaejarklaustur

DAY 6 - SOUTH ICELAND TOUR – 2/2 – JOKULSARLON GLACIER LAGOON – DIAMOND BEACH.

After breakfast, we will visit two of the most beautiful places in Iceland. Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon & The Diamond Beach. We start with a drive across the Mýrdalssandur plains and the vast Eldhraun lava field to Kirkjubaejarklaustur, a small village located in a charming setting. We pass through Skaftafell National Park, a magnificent area with various hiking trails through the national park and visit beautiful waterfalls like Svartifoss (approx. 1 1⁄2 hour hike – 4 km round-trip) {optional} Later we proceed to the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, one of the most spectacular sights in Iceland. Enormous icebergs constantly break off the glacier into the lagoon, melting slowly as they drift towards the sea nearby. Later we enjoy the scenic walk around the Glacier Lagoon with its amazing landscape and floating icebergs from the Breidamercurejökull Glacier. We then board an amphibian boat on the glacial lake and sail around the floating icebergs. Then we visit the ‘Diamond Beach’ where the floating crystals of ice are pushed back on the beach by the sea waves making it look like a beautiful beach with diamonds spread across the shore. Return to our apartment. Overnight at Kirkjubaejarklaustur.

DAY 7 - VIK - BLUE LAGOON – KEFLAVIK

After breakfast at we proceed to Reykjavik and have free time for shopping at Laugavegur shopping street. Later we drive to Flyover Iceland – To experience a thrilling simulation flight over sweeping glaciers, stunning fjords and ancient mystries. You will hang suspended, feet dangling before a 20 meter spherical screen while the film whisks you away on an exihilarating journey across Iceland with special effects such as wind, mist and scents combined with the ride’s motion to create an unforgetable experience. After lunch proceed to Blue Lagoon Hot Thermal Bath @ 16:00 hours. It is a unique sight where guests enjoy relaxing in warm geothermal water surrounded by magical black lava fields. The Blue Lagoon’s warm water and natural active ingredients; mineral salts, silica and blue green algae, help you relax and escape the stress and strain of day life. Comfort Package included. Later we proceed to Keflavik/Reykjavik. Overnight in Reykjavik / Keflavik

DAY 8 - KEFLAVIK / REYKJAVIK – KEFLAVIK AIRPORT

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Keflavik Airport for onward flight with sweet & everlasting memories of Iceland.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy for Iceland Tours:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfers in ICICI - Iceland Tours Bank A/C & Gpay

2. Booking Confirmation: A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

3. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your tour start date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges per person / Refund policy

1. Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 - 90 days before the tour will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations within 59 - 31 days before the tour will incur a 80% charge.

Cancellations within 30 days are non refundable.

2. Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, subject to the cancellation policy.

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
